How Can I Join in Lifting as We Climb?
Want to join the Akron CONW?
Fabulous! Here’s what it takes to join our ranks:
You must be female.
You must have a genuine desire to:
– Help others be their very best
– Improve the experience of people of color in our community.
We understand that women’s lives tend to be full of obligations and responsibilities. That’s why we make it super simple for you to become a member of Akron CONW:
1. Attend one of our meetings
Third Monday of the month
6:00 pm (30-60 minutes)
2. Meet
other members, listen, talk if you feel like it.
3. Decide
if it seems like a good fit for you.
4. Keep coming back
and sharing your ideas for events you’d like us to host or activities that could benefit our neighbors in need.

Help us help your neighbors thrive! 100% of all donations to CONW go directly to people in our community. Cash donations amplify the Varner Tucker scholarship fund, and material donations are distributed to families in need throughout the community.
